How do I create an invoice?
Start by clicking on the “Sales” button on the “Navigation Bar”:
This will take you to the “Invoices” page. Here you can view past invoices as well as create new ones:
To create a new invoice simply click the “New Invoice” button at the top right of the page:
You will now be shown the “Add Invoice” window. Here you select the invoice type, the customer the invoice is going to, and the invoice date. Once you are ready to create the invoice click the “Save” button on the bottom right of the window:
Now the invoice is created and ready to have the purchased items added to it:
There are two different ways to add items to the invoice.
You can start typing the name of the desired product into the product column. Flourish will instantly begin searching for the desired item. You can also click the browse button to bring up the “Product Browse” window to find the product you are looking for:
Once the desired items have been added to the invoice click the “Save” button at the top right hand side of the invoice:
Your invoice is now created and saved:
